Walk-Ins & Urgency
Patients with unexpected problems and no appointment will be seen as quickly as possible. Patients requiring urgent medical care will be seen by the first available doctor. Please ensure you advise our reception staff if your situation is of an urgent nature.
If necessary, we’re happy to see more than one family member, however, we do request you book an appointment for each person.
If you are unable to keep your appointment we request you notify us at least two (2) hours prior to the appointment. Patients who do not attend an appointment without notification may be charged a non-attendance fee.
Multiple issue appointments
If you think you may need a longer appointment due to needing to address multiple issues with your doctor. Please discuss this directly with our reception staff as we will need to make a longer booking. You can find their contact details here.
