Results
Patients are requested to make a brief appointment with their doctor to obtain results. We do not provide results over the telephone.

Reminders / Recalls
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may contact you from time to time advising that a follow up appointment is required to continue preventative health services appropriate to your care.

Referrals & Specialists
Your doctor is responsible for arranging the services of an appropriate and competent specialist when required. It is essential for the correct management of your condition that the specialist receives a detailed report from your doctor. The referral will normally be provided by consultation.

Repeat Prescription
Your doctor will generally dispense enough medication to last until you are next reviewed. When you require a repeat prescription please make an appointment with your doctor prior to having your last prescription filled to avoid running out. If your doctor is unavailable another doctor may write a script for you if you make an appointment.
